The workshop employs trained and experienced professionals who follow rigorous guidelines. Standards for the approved workshop scheme are set by The Camping and Caravanning Club, The Caravan Club and The National Caravan Council.

Members of the scheme follow a strict code of practice which includes an independent annual assessment of Member Workshop facilities, training records and administration systems. The scheme has matured into a well respected and extremely effective system.
