DELIVERY IN THE UK (England, Scotland and Wales)
If ordered by 12 noon, 95% of our orders are delivered the following working day, however we are not responsible for any problems, which may occur with the courier service. We do not deliver weekends.
Areas not covered by the above tariff: Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands / Islands or Channel Islands. If you require delivery to these areas, we will contact you with the cost of surcharge when the order is placed. You are under no obligation to buy.
All delivered items need to be signed for, so the someone will need to be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery. If no one is present a card will be left for you to contact your local shipping office to organise redelivery. There is normally no extra charge for this service. If you require specific delivery day, please notify when placing order.
All prices on this web site include the current VAT rates and are in £ Sterling. The prices are not inclusive of postage and packing. Sometimes Web prices may differ from ‘in store’ prices. It is not possible for us to duplicate some special offer web prices to customers calling at our stores.

When you order through us, all our financial transactions are entirely secure. Our secure server employs ultra strong 256bit SSL encryption, ensuring that all you payment card details are safe. Even when your payment details arrive, only certain individuals within our organisation have the ability to decrypt the information to obtain your payment card number. The personal information you provide is securely kept within M & M Leisure and is available only to authorised individuals and employees. Your data is not shared, sold or disclosed to any third party at any time unless we are required to disclose information to comply with UK Law.
We may use or email address and/or address details to inform you of forthcoming special offers, releases and events.
All our products come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects, on production of a receipt. If you feel a fault has occurred during this period, the goods should be returned to us for inspection. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning an item to obtain a Returns Reference.
If we are in agreement that there is a manufacturing fault or defect, your item will be either repaired or replaced. In this event, any postal charges incurred by you will be refunded.
We trust that all goods arrive to you in perfect condition. If you receive an item that you feel is not in perfect condition then please advise us within three days of receipt. This applies to goods that are missing from your invoice (enclosed in packaging). If you plan not to use an item immediately, we advise you to check it to make sure it is in working order and good condition.
It is our aim to ensure all goods reaches you on time & in good condition.
We cannot however accept responsibility for additional expenses incurred through late deliveries, faults & shortages.
We must be notified of any returns before they are sent. Any goods received without notice will not be accepted. Enclosed with the goods should be a copy of the invoice, full contact details and a reason for the return.
Carriage charges are not refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
Every effort is made to duplicate specifications laid out by the manufacturers. Any Sizes weights or measurements are only offered as a guide and are approximate although we will try to make the as accurate as possible, to the best of our knowledge. We always advise that if the dimensions, weight etc of an item is critical please contact us first before ordering so that we can obtain this information for you.
All products are subject to availability & we will notify you of any delays ASAP.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven working days following the day of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. Original delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, or by email. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact).
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
These terms can be updated or changed without notice. M & M Leisure make every attempt to ensure the information and prices that appear on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However we can under no circumstances be held liable for any errors or omissions that arise from the use of our website although we will always attempt to gain complete customer satisfaction where possible.
